We have learnt about pound notes. So that I could learn about change, we played shopkeepers.

Antarctica

I made leaflets for the Antarctica museum. I did some sketches of the four plants in Antarctica.

Baking

In baking, we have made chocolate sponge. It is super delicious, but you can’t have any because we have eaten it all! I can make you another chocolate sponge to eat, if you would like some.

Science

I performed two shows to show Mummy that I understand what an evergreen tree is and what a deciduous tree is. An evergreen tree is a tree that has its leaves on all year and the leaves are always green. A deciduous tree is a tree that loses its leaves in autumn and winter.

Reading

In reading, we have read Tidy, Zak Zoo and the Peculiar Parcel, and Lovabye Dragon. Lovabye Dragon was my favourite because I love dragons.

English

In English, we have learnt about compound words, for example, classroom, bedroom and seabed. I have done the letter I in my dictionary now. Also, we sent an email to my old class.
