Matilda
So far in the story, Matilda has played the tricks “the hat and the glue” and “the parrot ghost” on her brother, father and mother.
I’m writing “The Invisible Rope” which is a trick that Matilda could play on her family.
Maths
We measured some lengths in millimetres, centimetres and metres. The back garden was 19 m from the steps to the fence!
Science
In science, we observed a drop of water on top of a cup to see what happens to it when it’s in the warm.
Computing
On code, I finished helping the harvester pick corn.
At the Woods
On Thursday, I did the observations of the bluebells.
Next, we looked at the microhabitats of a tree stump and a log. In the tree stump, we saw a baby snail and woodlouse. In the log, we saw slugs, a baby snail, woodlouse and a millipede. On the tree tump, we saw lots of moss.
Lastly, we built some of my dam.
