The Jungle Book
This week, in The Jungle Book, Mowgli got kidnapped by the Monkey-People and taken to the Cold Lairs.
My favourite activity was drawing and colouring a picture of the Cold Lairs. I had to read some sentences describing the Cold Lairs and highlight the words that would help me with my picture. After that, I had to draw a picture, and afterwards I coloured it in.
Science
This week’s investigation was called “The Puppy That Made a Mess”. The toilet roll was the best to clear up after the puppy that made a mess because it had two layers of paper. I enjoyed using the pipette to drop the liquid onto the toilet roll. On some goes, I couldn’t get the pipette to get one drop out.
Maths
Our topic in maths is column addition. My favourite activity was adding the bigger numbers up. The most difficult thing was remembering to start with the units.
