Ingredients
- 4 oz margarine
- 3 oz sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 heaped tsp cocoa
- 5 oz self-raising flour
- 1 oz chopped walnuts
Instructions
- First, cream together the sugar and margarine.
- Then, stir in the egg until the mixture is smooth.
- Next, add in the cocoa and stir the mixture.
- Afterwards, stir in the flour.
- To finish the mixture, fold in the walnuts.
- Finally, spoon the mixture into cases and bake them in the air fryer at 160oC.
