How to Make an Advent Calendar

You will need

  • Chocolate
  • A bowl
  • A spoon
  • A knife
  • Wrappers
  • A mould
  • Pegs
  • Bags
  • String

Method

Step One

First, put the chocolate in a bowl and melt it in the microwave for 1 minute.

Step Two

Secondly, spoon the melted chocolate into the moulds and gently shake the mould to get the air bubbles to rise.

Step Three

Then, place the chocolate in the freezer for 10 minutes, after using a knife to scrape off the excess chocolate.

Step Four

Once they have frozen, carefully push the chocolates out of the mould and wrap them individually.

Step Five

Next, put individual chocolates into 25 bags with the numbers 1-25 on—if you make more you can have more on certain days!

Step Six

Coming away from the chocolates, hang up a piece of string.

Step Seven

Finally coming back to the chocolates, hang the bags on the piece of string using pegs.
