Using reusable plastic bags is better because they save you throwing them away. Some of these bags are made from recycled plastic.
A bar of soap is best because it comes in a cardboard packaging and you just use it until it’s all gone.
Using reusable bottles is better because you just refill them.
Putting loose fruit and veg in a net bag saves wasting lots of plastic.
