Wood Pigeon Egg

We found half of a wood pigeon egg. The whole egg must have been around 5 cm. These birds can breed throughout the year. You often find their empty eggs on the woodland floor. They inhabit woodlands. They are the largest pigeon in our country and Europe.

Blackberries

We found more ripe blackberries.

I spotted a new branch growing out of a beech tree.

Giant Funnel

We found a ring of giant funnels. Giant funnel is as big as a hand!

Bulbous Bonnet

While we were building a base of sticks, I found some bulbous bonnet.
