Mince Pies

Here is the recipe for our mince pies:

  • Stir together a pinch of salt and 200 g of self-raising flour
  • Mix in 50 g margarine
  • Add 30 ml of cold water
  • Use a knife to stir a stiff dough
  • Put some flour on a board
  • Put the dough on the board
  • Roll out the dough
  • Cut out circle bottoms and gingerbread man tops
  • Put the circles in the holes of a bun tray
  • Put a teaspoon of mincemeat in the middle of the circle
