We wrote up the rest of the draft for ‘The Scary Cave’.
Maths
We learned about months and days. I had to write all the days of the week.
Then, I had to write all the months of the year.
Science
In science, we investigated shadows, and we learned when the days are longer and when the days are shorter. Also, we learnt when our shadows are longer and when they are shorter.
The following day, we acted out The Gruffalo story and I drew a food web, but we pretended the Gruffalo was a real animal. Then, we started to make our own story that we’re going to act out with puppets. We’re creating this story in science because it’s a food web story and we are learning about food webs.
Computing
I helped an artist create a picture, on Code.
On Scratch, I animated an octopus and made it drum.
